What's new

Has anyone installed the SecuriCode hardwired keypad on a 2026?

Correct. I want it for two reasons. The first is I hunt and don't want to risk dropping my key somehow in the woods. The second is I am always forgetting things in my truck and it would be nice to be able to just walk out, without the key, and open it up.
Same here. So useful

I'll keep this thread updated as I go through the process.

I ordered the keypad FL3Z-14A626-AG. Speaking to someone who just installed the keypad on their 2025 Tremor, the "AG" is no different than the "AH" other than a $75 price difference. AH is simply the new superseding part that Ford is now using. So that AG part was $58 shipped from an authorized Ford parts dealer on eBay. He did the install, programmed with FORScan and said everything works...backlight, keypad, etc.

I have an OBDLink EX cable on the way and now will order the applique panel.

Supposedly, but I won't chance it, there are cut-lines on the non keypad applique where you can cut the opening with a dremel. For $110 I would rather it be perfect in terms of appearance on a brand new truck.

Smart man.
If you’re going to do something like this and have no regrets, do it right by doing it once.

Unfortunately, my truck doesn't have the harness. I have the parts, pulled the door panel off, only to find that my truck doesn't have the harness plug in. Seems to be a semi-common thing now.

Looks like I am forced to go wireless if I want the keypad.

Pretty disappointed about this.

Well, I know it’s not the same and it’s a lot better than the stick on option but, if you keep have and wear an Apple Watch, just use it to unlock and lock the vehicle.

I actually added the control center functions to my iPhone. The issue is, everything goes through the app, and it's known to glitch.

Taking advantage of the Ford 20% off accessories, I used that and BluePoints to get the wireless keypad for $160 installed. It goes into the dealer on Tuesday.

Supposedly, the wireless ones work just fine. The only things people don't like about them are they are just stuck onto the truck, and they have a battery. Jury is out on how long the battery lasts. Some get 3-4 years, some people have reported like 10 years.

@TheWaterman Where is the factory harness located? I’d like to check and see if I have it in my 2025 that was built in November 25’

I have the parts for sale now and posted a few pics and videos on how to find the harness:
