Bronco Bilstein 8112s...Going for it!!

You probably already looked into it but are you able to maybe swap the top hats because they look similar to the 150.
Yea I'm almost positive that the top mounts will swap easily, only problem is that I cannot find out if these parts are available for purchase. The plates are all just adapters to mount standard eyelet damper mounts (i believe these are COM10, 5/8" ID bearings on both bronco and f150) to the vehicle specific mounting on the chassis side. I asked some engineering contacts on Bilstein side about procuring some of these mounts but thus far have not heard back from them. If this were a simple part I could waterjet then I could probably do it at work but would need a cnc and a pretty hefty chunk of billet to machine these with the mount that allows the damper eyelet to protrude above the flange like the bilstein mounts do. It does look like a rather easy operation to drill the Bronco hole pattern into the F150 damper mount, so that could be another option as I said earlier....

Well ill give it a shot, probably way too long. I will also look into how much it would be to machine a new top plate. It looks like it would be difficupt to get a square shot to the chassis mount so i don't want to drill the bronco bolt pattern yet. Does suck though that I am 99% convinced these will work with the correct top mount plate!

What does it look like at full droop?

The icon tremor suspension has 2.5 - 3” lift. I can’t find any measurements on them but they have to be 24”

Yea I've been searching for the extended length of the icons, can't find that anywhere. I put the corner of the truck loosely together to not piss off the lady, so can't take pics on the truck right now. Here is a pic with the assembled top mount though.

How long have you had them on there? Any UCA or CV issues? Have you done any heavy offroading?

I've had them about 2 years and 25k miles now. I think i'm only about 1.5" higher than stock though. Also have the Icon delta joint tubular UCAs. But no UCA or CV issues at all.

I've done a fair amount of offroading and this set up performs great for me. Now, I'm not rock crawling but I feel like I've put the truck through it's paces

Tried today, too long....

You can see how much extra length the top mount adapters add. But I'm not giving up! Eff it, time to CAD up some top mounts, they will fit easily with adapters that put the pivot above the mounting flange.
