Yea I'm almost positive that the top mounts will swap easily, only problem is that I cannot find out if these parts are available for purchase. The plates are all just adapters to mount standard eyelet damper mounts (i believe these are COM10, 5/8" ID bearings on both bronco and f150) to the vehicle specific mounting on the chassis side. I asked some engineering contacts on Bilstein side about procuring some of these mounts but thus far have not heard back from them. If this were a simple part I could waterjet then I could probably do it at work but would need a cnc and a pretty hefty chunk of billet to machine these with the mount that allows the damper eyelet to protrude above the flange like the bilstein mounts do. It does look like a rather easy operation to drill the Bronco hole pattern into the F150 damper mount, so that could be another option as I said earlier....You probably already looked into it but are you able to maybe swap the top hats because they look similar to the 150.
