Modular bumper install on 21-23 Tremor

so for those of you that have also ordered the tremor wings, where are you sourcing from?

i've called a few dealers around me and they all want $260ish for a single wing.

this site is $175 but im not sure if it's legit: https://ford.oempartsonline.com/oem-parts/ford-cap-rl3z17e784ba

Tasca parts is $175 as well, so i will probably go with them as i think i have seen good reviews of them.

Yes, the website is legit but you have to watch out for the shipping charges.

@CrankCase, thanks for putting this together. Are there any considerations for the intercooler? I know with a lot of the aftermarket bumpers that’s a thing but curious with this application.

Now you guys need to add the square tow hooks for your modular bumpers. I don't have the updated bumper but the newer tow hooks work without issue on the older bumper.

Passenger side tow hook looks crooked.😳
Yeah, I always felt the passenger side was a little off center even with the OEM set. I have seen other trucks with the same tilt so I didn't think to much of it. I did buy the truck used but the carfax was clean so maybe it was something the previous owner had done to it? I will go back in and add a shim to level it out.

Nothing to worry about, this would work with the OEM intercooler….the 2024+ trucks with these bumpers are available with the eco boost motors.
I would consider a relocation though if you want to add a winch though.

Even this picture I snagged from one of the review sites with the modular bumper shows the hooks to have a slight slant. Anyone else have a slant in their Hooks?

Hi @CrankCase, I'm having trouble finding part numbers for the plastic foglight housing brackets and OEM fog lights for the '24s. Can you help?

I think you mentioned quite awhile ago that we could order parts through you? Is that true?

@Jax_Tremor
If you can get me the part numbers I can get you a price and order for you.
We’ve had a little difficulty getting parts, and even the correct parts for these bumpers lately. I’ve ordered a wing for example, using the correct part number and kept getting the wrong side Raptor wing instead. The support bars also seem to be hard to get correct.
I know there is a forum member here prototyping a fog light pocket bracket that will hold multiple lights…..I would wait for that option before getting the OEM ones. It’ll get you more options and more lights.

OK thans @CrankCase. i'd atleast want the OEM for now so i'm not driving around with empty bumper holes lol.

the parts i've found so far that I want to get are:

Wings
RL3Z17E784BA
RL3Z17E785BA

BUMPER COVERS
RL3Z17E810YA
RL3Z17E811YA

LOWER WING TRIM
RL3Z17626BA
RL3Z17626BD

FOG LIGHT HOUSING
RL3Z17C755BB

FOG LIGHTS (ARE THERE L AND R MODELS OR SAME P/N?)
RL3215200C

FOG LIGHT BRACKETS
RL3215266C
RL3215266D

Hope this helps man!

I guess I never shared my fog pocket setup after I made this bumper swap.

So I designed and had the brackets fabricated. I’ve recently made some tweaks to correct some minor clashing I had when I did my install. This initial bracket doesn’t support the parking sensor that is mounted in the fog pocket. I don’t have front sensors so it wasn’t a priority for me, but I am working on a version to support the 24+ folks that want to retain their sensors.

Wow that looks really clean! And you lined the opening with rubber trim @Cblaxx19 for a finished look, too. Is there a way you can ‘flatten’ that design with exact measurements in document form? I bet I could reproduce that with angled aluminum sheeting.

Did you repaint the center of your modular bumper? The one I ordered off eBay is all black and I want it to match the skid plate.

the center of my bumper is from a 37 package raptor. i want the black center section instead. want to come down to Jupiter and have an install day and you can have my center hoop and ill take the one you ordered? haha

relative to the fog pocket bracket, I'm getting ready to order a couple sets of brackets for @CrankCase and another guy. I can tack another set on to the order. I don't know cost at the moment but shouldn't be too bad with a couple sets being ordered.

@CrankCase 1.) I’m not sure I found the correct tremor-specific fog light brackets 2.) I didn’t even think to find the fog light housing brackets. Are you able to look those up??

Man, i would its only 3.5 hrs drive, but I plan on painting it anyway- lower portion ingot silver to match the skid plate, and the hoop anthracite grey. I'll be painting the wings avalanche to match the body color a bit (since these dont have darker rear bumpers i figured throwing a little body color on the front will level things out. also decided to go with the OEM fogs so there wont be any visibility through to the tires/fender wells.
