Need help lots of noise from rear suspension

The truck has been making this noise for quite a while out of the rear suspension. I’m hoping just needs some grease somewhere. Any ideas? It’s more annoying than anything.

Perhaps the insulator pad between the leafs have dried out or your springs might be defective.
These are known issues on TREMORS and regular F150’s.
To be certain you should take it into your preferred dealer and let them confirm.

Like previous comments mentioned, I had similar, albeit less intense noise from the rear suspension, especially in the morning when backing out of the driveway, and the fix at the dealer was the leaf spring insulator pads. Quiet as a mouse now.
